Nevada Youth Soccer – U.S. Soccer “C” Course Las Vegas, NV – Aug 25 – Nov 22, 2024

The U.S. Soccer C License hosted by Nevada Youth Soccer Association is an online and in-person course. This blended format combines an online experience, assignments, small group meetings, independent learning, and in-person meeting.

Eligibility Requirements:

To be eligible for the U.S. Soccer C Course, applicants must meet the following prerequisites:

• Is at least 18 years of age
• Holds a U.S. Soccer D license for at least six (6) months
• A waiver of the U.S. Soccer C License may be considered based on previous professional or national team playing experience or foreign licensure at the hosting member’s discretion. Please reach out to the hosting member for a waiver application. waiver guidelines

• Student Coaches must have access to a team playing 11v11 (U13+) for the duration of the course

Course Experience:

80+ hours (virtual + in-person meetings)

Students who register for this course can expect weekly learning opportunities that will feature a mixture of independent learning using online modules, live virtual meetings, and in-person meetings led by a licensed U.S. Soccer Educator. Students should have access to the internet and a laptop/device with web camera/live video capabilities. The virtual meetings will take place on agreed-upon days and times (see below). Students may be asked to participate in the in-person field component as either coaches or players, so please come prepared to actively learn.

Four (4) Months (Including summative assessment) with four (4) in-person days

Students that register for this course are expected to attend all course meetings and

complete all assignments in order to be eligible for the final assessment.

Refund Policy

Full payment is required at the time of registration. Any cancellations after July 24, 2023 will forfeit 100% of their fees, unless the candidate is replaced, then 50% (less the US Soccer non-refundable fee) will be refunded.

All fees are non-refundable once course begins.

In the event of course cancellation or force majeure, refunds will be processed on a case by case basis.
