The\u202fNational\u00a0D\u00a0License is an online and in-person\u00a0course,\u202fthat begins in\u00a0October 2023 with an online experience\u00a0and two in-person meetings.<\/p>\n
Coaches who register for this course can expect\u202fweekly learning opportunities that will feature\u202fa mixture of\u202findependent learning using online modules and live\u202fvirtual\u202fmeetings led by\u202fa licensed\u202fU.S. Soccer Instructor. Coaches will be asked to participate in discussions so each person should have access to the internet and a web-camera\/live video capabilities. The virtual meetings will take place\u00a0on\u00a0agreed upon days and times (see below). Coaches may\u202fbe asked to participate in the field component as either coaches or players, so please come prepared to actively learn.<\/p>\n
Candidates that register for this course are expected to attend all classroom webinars and course meetings\u202fto be eligible to receive the license.<\/p>\n

In order to be considered for the U.S. Soccer\u00a0D\u00a0course, all candidates must meet the following prerequisites:<\/p>\n

The\u00a0Virtual\u00a0Period is the time in between\u202fthe\u00a0pre-course\u00a0meeting,\u00a0the on-field component(s) and after the final field component.\u00a0The\u00a0Virtual\u00a0Period will consist of\u202fweekly learning opportunities that will feature a mixture of independent learning using online modules,\u00a0live virtual\u202fmeetings led by\u202fa\u202flicensed U.S. Soccer\u00a0Instructor and small group meetings that are organized by the\u00a0coaches. Full payment is required at the time of registration. Any cancellations after October 1, 2023 will forfeit 100% of their fees unless the candidate is replaced, then 50% less any non-refundable US Soccer fees are refundable. All fees are non-refundable once the course begins.<\/p>\n
